The new brand SMC Select present three main themes for the next season.

Soft and voluminous

Soft and volumunous yarns with a feminine touch make the trend. Materials are enwrapping and snugly with a slightly hairy character. The appearance of the braid patterns is precious, feminine, and very fashionable. The mixture of pastels and modern elegant colours is enchanting. Highland Alpaca Fino and Silk Wool are reflecting this trend perfectly.

Homespun and rustic

Elementary and rustic are key words of our second trend. Playing with feminine and masculine aspects makes this trnd fascinating. A modern country mix of checkered effects and Tweed optics with an exciting material mix of soft and rustic, or light and voluminous materials. The selected colours are clear yet also romantically playful. Tweed Deluxe, Riana, and Benevito are representing these trend.

Furrytales

Our last trend Furrytale is preoccupied by furs and loops. An important aspect is the dream of fur without any animal skin. Fake and fur are the absolute fashion. A trendy design effect: knitting loops with classic yarns. Of course, loop yarns like our Fashion Loop are must-haves! Loops offer decoration alternatives for modern designs.
